1.INTRODUCTION

At LHC Collection, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we have created a hassle-free return process for our customers. We believe every woman deserves to feel confident in her purchase, and if something doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right.

2. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of delivery (excluding Sale items) for unworn and unused garments with all original labels and tags still attached.

ALL SALES FINAL

Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except in special circumstances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and can empathize with the situation. We understand that mistakes happen and we are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. In the rare event that there is an error with your address, we must resend the order at our expense once it is returned to us. Alternatively, we can refund the order but deduct our original shipping cost. Unfortunately, if the incorrect address was provided by you, we are obligated to ship to that exact address. This policy is not our first choice, but as a company with both legal and moral obligations, we must adhere to it. We kindly ask that you carefully review your address before placing an order. If you do notice a mistake, please let us know immediately and we will gladly correct it for you.

SUSPICIOUS OR FRAUDULENT ORDERS

LHC reserves the right to cancel orders that raise suspicions or appear fraudulent.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Please note all returns will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. LHC Collection has the right to deny any returns that don’t meet the following conditions:

  • The garment shall be in unused and original condition with all original labels and tags still attached;

  • Free from stains, scents, makeup, visibly worn and/or damage;

  • You shall inform about the return of the product to us within 14 business days of delivery. After this timeframe, your product will be ineligible for a return or exchange;

  • You shall not accept any open box deliveries;

  • The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/business cards and other documentation.

  • Please know returns and exchanges cannot be processed without opening a new request in the Return & Exchange Portal. Returns and exchanges shipped to us without prior authorization are ineligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM AFTER 14 DAYS?

We will not accept your return or exchange or issue a credit to your account after the 14-day return policy.

5. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1) Ensure that all products are in their original condition accompanied with receipt, in original packaging and with original tags and labels attached. All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card originally used on the order excluding original shipping and return shipping cost for exchanges.

2) Go to Return & Exchange Portal and Start a New Return

3) Please place the products into the original packaging and attach the pre-paid label to the package.

4) Select provided Shipping method.

5) Within 10 days of receiving a return label, packages must be dropped off with the provided shipping carrier, otherwise your return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

6) Once we have received and examined your return, we will send you an email within 4-7 business days to advise you that we have received your returned item with approval or reason for rejection of your refund.

You agree and acknowledge that LHC Collection, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject the return within 4-7 business days from the delivery of the package to our store. Approved returns will then be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt of your item by our store. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

EXCHANGES

In order to exchange a product, you must first return the original item and then purchase the new one using the procedure above.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

LHC Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns and issue refunds for accounts with excessive returns. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply to these accounts.

6. DAMAGED & LOST ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS

At LHC Collection, we understand the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. That's why we take great care in selecting the best products for our customers. However, we also know that sometimes things can happen during shipping and handling that is out of our control. That's why if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from us, please email us at info@lhccollection.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include a detailed description of the damages and include pictures and reference your order number in the subject line. Once we confirm your item is eligible to be replaced, we will email a paid return shipping label to you, and we will send a replacement item to you at no cost. Our dedicated team will work with you to ensure that your issue is resolved promptly and hassle-free.

NOTE: VARIATIONS IN COLOR DUE TO COMPUTER MONITOR RESOLUTIONS OR LIGHTING DOES NOT QUALIFY AS DAMAGED AND RETURN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

LOST ITEMS

We stand behind the products we sell, but we also believe in transparency. That's why we want you to know that once your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carriers, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and we will not send a replacement or issue a refund. But rest assured that your package will be carefully packaged and shipped with reliable carriers.
